If you love apple pie, then these simple Cinnamon Baked Apples are a delicious and healthy alternative to carb and sugar-laden applie pies.
For this recipe all the tools you’ll need is an apple corer, a sharp knife, and a baking dish.

Ingredients
- 4 Granny Smith Apples
- Lemon juice
- Nutmeg
- Cinnamon
- Butter
Instructions
- Peel the apples with a fruit peeler, removing the skin of the apple.
- Then core the apples and slice into thin slices.
- Toss apple slices in butter/lemon juice
- Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over the apples.
- Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes
